Getting you to where you

Want to be!

Break free from the painful patterns that have been keeping you stuck and start building healthier relationships.

We are passionate about working with individuals and couples experiencing relationship issues with a particular interest in betrayal trauma stemming from partners with problematic sexual behaviors, including infidelity, compulsive behaviors, toxic behaviors & addictions.

If you grew up with toxic family dynamics, emotionally immature parents, a narcissistic mother or father, or experienced emotional abuse, you may still be carrying the effects into adulthood. Many adults struggle with anxiety, people-pleasing, self-doubt, relationship difficulties, chronic guilt, low self-worth, and fear of abandonment without realizing these challenges often stem from unresolved childhood trauma and attachment wounds.

Working from your mind-body connection to heal betrayal, attachment wounds, and compulsive behaviors. We approach sessions from a trauma-informed lens and work with clients to help define experiences to make meaning and keep moving forward.

How Chicago Therapist’s Can Help

We believe that everyone has potential and can be whatever they want to be. This is why we help you find your voice, so you feel empowered every day.

We work with couples and individuals, helping them achieve their goals. Our strengths lie in utilizing nervous system regulation, in addition to several evidence-based therapeutic techniques, to help clients grow from past emotional and psychological traumas, including but not limited to betrayal trauma, infidelity, and emotional abuse.

We use a holistic and personable approach to therapy, aiming at helping people understand themselves better through understanding their destructive patterns. By opening up and getting some help in making meaningful changes for them, they can interact more efficiently and be authentic with who they want or need themselves, too; this will lead them on the right path of fulfillment and living with intentionality.

You may be struggling with:

• Anxiety, depression, shame, and chronic self-doubt                                   • Fear of abandonment and insecure attachment patterns
